“How Do People Know the Truth?”: Biden Unleashes Tirade Over Musk Restoring Free Speech Protections on Twitter ~ by Jonthan Turley.

Elon Musk has not actually changed the “content moderation” policies at Twitter yet, but President Joe Biden went on a virtual rave on Friday over the prospect of free speech breaking out on a single social media site. As a type of censor-in-chief, Biden has led calls for censorship on social media, which have been largely heeded by companies like Facebook and Twitter. Now Biden is accusing Twitter of “spewing lies all across the world” by seeking to reduce one of the largest censorship systems in history. The President lamented that the influence of the media will be “de minimus.” He is a bit late on that front.

President Biden has previously accused social media companies of “killing people” by refusing to impose robust censorship over a wide range of subjects. Many of those banned or censored were doctors with opposing views on the data and the science related to the pandemic.

Isn’t it interesting… the people who are accusing others of some nefarious acts are simply PROJECTING their misdeeds onto others. As God said, “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” ~ Isaiah 5:20. This is crystal clear when you simply consider the millions of deaths caused by the “shot of death” that is still being pushed upon the nation through nothing but lies!

Some of those doctors were the co-authors of the Great Barrington Declaration, which advocated for a more focused Covid response that targeted the most vulnerable population rather than widespread lockdowns and mandates. Many are now questioning the efficacy and cost of the massive lockdown as well as the real value of masks or the rejection of natural immunities as an alternative to vaccination. Yet, these experts and others were attacked for such views just a year ago. Some found themselves censored on social media for challenging claims of Dr. Fauci and others.

The Great Barrington Declaration was not the only viewpoint deemed dangerous. Those who alleged that the virus may have begun in a lab in China were widely denounced and the views barred from being uttered on social media platforms. It was later learned that a number of leading experts raised this theory with Fauci and others early in the pandemic.

Think of deception… what it is… what it entails… how it works… Then with that in mind, consider that Dr. Mengela… I mean Fauci… (Freudian slip) was grilled over and over and over by Senator Rand Paul about “gain of function” research being conducted in Wuhan China (do a search on YouTube to see videos). And over and over and over again, Fauci denied the charges and told Sen. Paul that he (Rand) did not know what he was talking about and they (Fauci and his posse) never did any gain of research IN THE WUHAN LAB. And that may be entirely TRUE. It may be true for that EXACT accusation… specifically in THAT LAB AT THAT TIME!

I don’t recall any accusations of doing gain of function research IN ANY OTHER LAB in the world. But we now have evidence that it WAS, IS, and CONTINUES to happen. Not only that but a lab at Boston University- through gain of function application that has a kill rate of 80% in lab rats, meaning it is potentially and likely exponentially more deadly than anything heretofore known to mankind. And that begs the question, where the hell is Rand Paul and why is he not leading the charge to get to the bottom of this “extinction level event (ELE)” virus that was created through gain of function?!

The original shot of death killed relatively few people- most damage being from the shot of death itself, rather than getting the virus itself. So, rather than trying to figure out what to do to keep this new 80% ELE virus from destroying the population of earth, what are they (our “leaders”) doing? Spending their time arguing over the semantics of whether a particular scientific study was being conducted in a single laboratory in the entire world. Why not ask the obvious question to satisfy the intent of the evil being perpetrated against humanity- “Did you, Dr. Fauci yourself or any others to your knowledge EVER CONDUCT GAIN OF FUNCTION RESEARCH ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD AT ANY TIME PAST OR PRESENT?

The reason is obvious- they “…call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” The question of gain of function research is now a moot point- the lab in Boston is bragging about how they created an ELE Virus… wait for it… THROUGH GAIN OF FUNCTION RESEARCH! You can’t make this stuff up?! So where is the outcry from the leaders?! Where are the investigations?! What is being done to protect the world from another “lab leak” that could produce an ELE?!

They will tell you that there’s nothing to see here… go home. This is simply one method of deception that is used against you EACH AND EVERY minute of each and every day!

I promise you that if I had access to these “leaders” the conversation would be entirely different. I would actually be digging for truth, rather than doing a puppet show where the good puppet APPEARS to be sincere, but is playing word games with the bad puppet so as to deceive the audience!

We are now seeing increasing evidence of back channels used by government and political figures to maintain a censorship system by surrogate in the social media companies and foreign allies.

The above video with Clayton Morris is NOT “conspiracy theory” but rather “CONSPIRACY FACT! The question is NOT “are they doing this?” but rather “WHY are they doing this?” And the answer is crystal clear- it’s by design and meant for your demise! PERIOD! No further discussion is needed!

The President, however, was in full censor-in-chief mode this week, referring to censors as “editors.” He denounced Musk who “goes out and buys an outfit that spews lies all across the world.” He then claimed “There are no editors anymore. There are no editors anymore.”

The President added “the ability of newspapers to have much impact is de minimis.” That last statement seemed to lament the loss of a close and active ally for the Democrats. Neutrality is anathema if you have largely been able to control political and social exchanges on social media.

What the President said next, however, was particularly telling and chilling:

“How do people know the truth? What do they — how do they make — make a distinction between fact and fiction? There’s so much — so much going on. And we’re in the middle of this.”

Indeed, perish the thought that citizens might be left to pursue the truth on their own without the government or surrogates in the media framing it for them. How could we possibly “know the truth” without our social media overlords?

This view of citizens are gullible dupes needing to be lead to the truth is a recurring theme among Democrats and media allies. It was the theme of a “Disinformation and the Erosion of Democracy” conference at the University of Chicago with the leading Democratic leaders and media leaders in Chicago last year, including former President Barack Obama. The conference discussed how the views of the public could be shaped if government and media figures worked together to frame what is true and what is not.

See, it’s not about telling the truth or providing the truth, it’s about shaping the view of the citizens IF GOVERNMENT AND MEDIA FIGURES WORKED TOGETHER TO FRAME WHAT IS TRUE AND WHAT IS NOT! Emphasis on FRAMING what is true and what is not- so they get to tell you what is true and what is not simply by choosing “how to frame” the lies!

Former President Barack Obama flogged this false line at Stanford in April 2022. He started by declaring himself “pretty close to a First Amendment absolutist.” He then called for the censorship of anything he considered “disinformation,” including “lies, conspiracy theories, junk science, quackery, racist tracts and misogynist screeds.”

Are you beginning to see a pattern here? Those with power want to be the single arbitors of TRUTH – what THEY consider to be true or not, irrespective of the reality of any given scenario. Again, look at the projection of their misdeeds upon others- lies, conspiracy theories, junk science, quackery, racist tracts and misogynist screeds. THEY (our “leaders”) are the guilty party here… and projecting their agenda onto others and then villainizing others for what they themselves are guilty of!

President Biden lamented the loss of a Twitter management that was openly antagonistic to traditional free speech values. Soon after he took over, former CEO Parag Agrawal pledged to regulate content and said the company would “focus less on thinking about free speech” because “speech is easy on the Internet. Most people can speak. Where our role is particularly emphasized is who can be heard.”

Like Biden, many are moving to try to deter Musk from allowing greater free speech by getting companies like General Motors to pull advertising revenue. It is part of the reason that some of us would support monthly fees if it meant the support of a true free speech alternative to other companies like Facebook.

At the end of the day, even those things you believe to be true may be the very thing that deceives you and causes you to lose your inheritance in the Kingdom of God! Remember, with God you are either in or out, and if you’re not in, then you’re out by default. Only God is the arbitor of TRUTH- “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.” ~ John 16:13.
